Student Placement form due May 9

The student placement forms are located in the round magazine rack near the front door (salmon colored paper). If you would like to share information regarding your child to help guide the classroom he / she is placed in for next Fall, please fill this form out and turn it in at the office no later than 4:00 p.m. Friday.
